Alshafie Housing Co. is seeking a highly experienced Interior Design to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will lead and execute innovative digital transformation strategies for our diverse client base. If you possess a deep understanding of content strategies, a passion for continuous learning, and expertise in client management, SEO, SEM, and ROI-driven campaigns, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels.
- Measure, refine, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend based on performance data.
- Plan, execute, and measure tests to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for maximum conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and enhance the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables.
- Develop and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns.
- Work closely with Account and Design Teams to align digital plans with client objectives.
- Monitor performance and ROI for all social media accounts, addressing any issues promptly.
- Create and implement effective social media marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the design team to meet deadlines for marketing materials.
- Conduct client meetings to develop marketing strategies within budget constraints.
- Monitor sales results and adjust marketing plans to increase exposure and sales.
- Manage all aspects of Google Ads campaigns.
- Utilize your deep understanding of content strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
- Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and ROI-driven strategies.
- Strong expertise in client management and delivering exceptional results.
- Highly data-driven with expert skills in Google Analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, test, and refine strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Deep understanding and experience with content strategy development and implementation.
