• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to meet sales objectives.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Analytical skills to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is a plus.
